Job Description

About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and technically strong Data Reporting Analyst II to join our analytics and reporting team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining reporting solutions that support business functions across departments. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports using tools like SQL, Excel, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Collaborate with business units to understand reporting needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
  • Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) workflows to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Validate data accuracy and conduct data quality checks to maintain reporting integrity
  • Analyze data trends and provide insight into business performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Document report specifications, processes, and business definitions for knowledge sharing and consistency

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in data reporting, business intelligence, or data analysis
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python or R) is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with data warehouse environments (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
  • Understanding of KPIs, business metrics, and reporting frameworks in corporate environments
  • Prior experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, retail, or SaaS
