Data Quality Analyst (Remote Role)

Job Description

USA Winzons is looking for a detail-obsessed Data Quality Analyst to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data across our remote systems. In this fully remote role, you’ll monitor and improve data quality, support cross-functional reporting, and play a key part in keeping our analytics and operations trustworthy and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and validate data sets across systems (ATS, CRM, logistics, finance, etc.)
• Identify data issues, inconsistencies, and gaps, and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain data quality standards and documentation
• Collaborate with teams to improve data entry processes and source accuracy
• Build and maintain automated data validation rules and reporting tools
• Support reporting, analytics, and decision-making with clean, reliable data

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in a data quality, data operations, or analyst role
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data validation techniques
• Experience with data tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Sheets
• High attention to detail and a passion for clean, consistent information
• Experience working in a remote or multi-system environment is a plus
