Data Insights Specialist (Remote Role)

Job Description

USA Winzons is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Insights Specialist to transform raw data into actionable business intelligence. In this fully remote role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze performance trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and support decision-making across operations, logistics, hiring, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various systems (logistics, hiring, performance, etc.)
• Build reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key insights
• Identify patterns, trends, and outliers to guide business strategies
• Work with department heads to understand their data needs and deliver insights accordingly
• Track key metrics and recommend data-driven process improvements
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of data across platforms

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role
• Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Experience working remotely and managing cross-departmental data requests is a plus
