USA Winzons is hiring a meticulous and analytical Data Evaluation Officer to assess, validate, and interpret critical datasets that guide our remote operations. In this fully remote role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our data is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business goals—empowering smarter decisions across hiring, logistics, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate datasets for accuracy, consistency, completeness, and business relevance
• Develop validation protocols to ensure high data quality across platforms
• Collaborate with analytics and operations teams to interpret key findings
• Prepare reports that summarize data accuracy, risks, and improvement areas
• Monitor ongoing data flows and flag anomalies or gaps in real-time
• Maintain documentation and help enforce data governance standards

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in data validation, QA, or evaluation roles
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, quality-driven approach
• Excellent communication skills for reporting findings and coordinating improvements
• Experience working in remote or cross-functional environments is a plus
