This is a full-time Remote role for a Data Entry. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into company databases, maintaining data integrity, performing regular backups, and generating reports as needed. Key tasks include managing large volumes of data, verifying accuracy of information, and ensuring confidentiality. The role also involves communication with various departments to gather required data and deliver timely results.
Qualifications
Proficient in Communication and Customer Service skills
Strong Typing and Computer Literacy skills
Experience in Administrative Assistance
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Knowledge of data entry software or databases is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in related fields are beneficial
