πΉ Position Overview
The Provider Relations Data Entry Specialist plays a key administrative role in supporting the provider management team. This position is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of provider roster updates, maintaining organized records, and supporting ongoing data integrity initiatives.
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
πΉ Key Responsibilities
- Input roster updates for assigned markets within 30 days of receipt.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and complete provider files.
- Perform routine data maintenance to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support additional administrative tasks as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in standard computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Valid driverβs license required.
