As a Policy Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing policy-related data across our systems. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our policy data is current, accurate, and easily accessible, thereby supporting various departments within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry: Accurately input policy data into databases, spreadsheets, and other digital formats.
• Data Verification: Review and verify the accuracy of policy data before entering it into the system.
• Database Management: Maintain and update databases to ensure policy information is current and accurate.
• Document Preparation: Prepare and organize policy documents for data entry.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the integrity of policy data.
• Reporting: Generate reports and summaries from policy data as required.
• Collaboration: Work with different departments to gather necessary policy data and ensure accurate entry.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role.
• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
