Assisting in financial activities such as running payroll and generating invoices
Payroll processing such as collecting employees’ timesheets and payroll data, calculating wages, issuing statements, detailing earnings, and preparing paychecks.
Responsibilities
• Accurately enter data into various databases and systems.
• Verify and correct data where necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
• Generate reports and complete data entry projects as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
• Excellent typing skills with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.
