Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Specialist based in India to work remotely with our US clients. This role is critical in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely processing across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases
- Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Perform data cleaning and correct discrepancies when identified
- Complete assigned data entry tasks within client deadlines
- Follow client-specific data entry guidelines and procedures
- Generate routine reports and summaries for internal review
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive and client information
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve data issues
- Provide administrative support as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative roles
- Strong typing speed with high accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic data tools
- Familiarity with data management systems or CRM tools
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience required
- Prior remote work experience is an advantage
- Experience working with US or international clients is a plus
Working Hours
- Full-time, remote position
- Standard shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST)
- Flexibility may be required based on US client needs
- Occasional overtime during peak workload periods
