Job Summary

Winzons is hiring detail-oriented Data Entry Executives to join our fully remote team. This role is ideal for freshers or recent graduates seeking to start a career in the tech-enabled Audio-Visual (AV) industry with a global SaaS company. You will be responsible for collecting, entering, and maintaining accurate product and pricing data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter AV product data into company databases.
  • Research and extract product specifications from OEM websites and catalogs.
  • Identify and record MSRP (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price) for AV products.
  • Ensure data consistency and quality across listings.
  • Perform basic data validation to maintain accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for timely updates.
  • Assist with additional tasks assigned by the Data Team Lead or Supervisor.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data handling.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Basic internet research skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational ability.
