Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
- Verify and cross-check data for completeness and accuracy.
- Manage digital files and records, keeping them organized and accessible.
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure entries meet company standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to retrieve or share data as required.
- Handle sensitive information confidentially and in accordance with FedEx policies.
- Meet daily and weekly data entry targets.
- Report discrepancies or issues promptly to supervisors or team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent typing speed and proficiency.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with office equipment (printer, scanner) is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience
- No prior experience required.
- Training provided for all selected candidates.
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative work, or customer service is advantageous but not necessary.
Working Hours
- Full-time remote position with flexible hours.
- Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Part-time or alternative schedules may be available based on project needs.
- Occasional overtime may be required during peak business periods.
