We are looking for an organized and thorough specialist for our Customer Maintenance team. To be successful, the candidate must have a strong knowledge of CRMs and an understanding of how they work together.
Responsibilities:
• Creating/Approving and Processing cases in Salesforce
• Processing: Refunds and Credits
• Cancelling Accounts as needed
• Reviewing accounts to verify correct billing
• Correcting billing and other errors in billing system
• Reactivating canceled accounts
• Voiding Payments
• Process changes as needed
• Any other project as assigned
Required
• Minimum of one to two years of Data Entry/Analysis
• Self-starter must be productive with minimal direction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, technical, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
