🎯 Role Purpose

Modern hyperscale data centers require massive electrical power (100MW–500MW+).

This role ensures:

You are essentially the technical authority for power systems on projects.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Technical Leadership

  • Lead engineering teams designing substations (12kV–500kV+)
  • Guide engineers, designers, and CAD teams
  • Make major engineering decisions

2️⃣ Project Execution

Partner with the Project Manager:

3️⃣ Substation Design Scope

  • Electrical layout

  • Perform design reviews

  • Lead several projects simultaneously
