🚀 Role Overview
The Data Center Project Manager will serve as a key technical resource responsible for overseeing complex infrastructure projects across Amazon data centers. The role involves managing electrical, mechanical, controls, and construction disciplines while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end project execution for data center infrastructure improvements
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and cross-functional engineering teams
• Oversee electrical, mechanical, and building automation systems projects
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company goals
• Drive innovation and operational efficiency within mission-critical environments
• Support both local and global project initiatives
✅ Basic Qualifications
• 3+ years of vendor management experience
• 4+ years working in data centers or critical environments
• 5+ years of data center engineering or operations experience
• 5+ years using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related)
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
• 3+ years of construction or project management experience
• Electrical or Mechanical Journeyman License
• Operating engineering license (DC II, DC III, or equivalent)
• Experience leading infrastructure projects in mission-critical facilities
💰 Compensation & Benefits
💵 Salary Range: $83,100 – $185,000 per year (based on location & experience)
