Amazon is looking for a skilled Data Center Operations Technician to join its infrastructure team and support mission-critical data center environments.

📍 Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States
💰 Salary: $68,300 – $152,700 per year

📝 Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years experience in data center engineering
• At least 1 year experience in electrical, mechanical, or critical facility environments (hospital, military, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred)
• Ability to perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Hands-on technical troubleshooting experience is a plus

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of electrical, mechanical, and safety systems
• Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Management Systems (EPMS)
• Troubleshoot facility and rack-level issues within SLA requirements
• Execute rack installation and decommissioning tasks
• Conduct preventive maintenance, repairs, and root cause analysis
• Create technical documentation for change management processes
• Manage work requests and support project execution end-to-end
• Supervise contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with standards
• Support multiple sites and adapt to rotating or extended shifts if required
