We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Data & Analytics Practice at FDM Group. In this role, you will work with cutting-edge technologies to analyze, interpret, and visualize data to support critical business decisions. You’ll gain hands-on experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and predictive modeling, working alongside industry experts and global clients.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights.
  • Support data-driven decision-making across business units.
  • Design and develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to predict outcomes.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
  • Contribute to process automation and data optimization initiatives.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.
  • Understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
