About the Internship:
We’re looking for a highly motivated and analytical Data Analytics Intern to join our team in Baltimore, MD. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with real business data, developing dashboards, and solving analytical problems across departments. You’ll work with mentors on high-impact projects and present your findings to business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to support operational or strategic decisions
  • Develop reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Excel or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Write SQL queries to extract data from databases and support ad hoc analysis requests
  • Conduct trend and correlation analysis to identify patterns in customer, product, or operational data
  • Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and business teams to understand reporting needs
  • Contribute to presentations and project reports with clear visualizations and insights

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with at least one BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio)
  • Basic understanding of SQL and data manipulation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Python, R, or data wrangling tools (not required, but a plus)
  • Familiarity with data visualization principles and storytelling with data
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
