Job Summary

Walmart Global Tech India is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our innovative team. Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to support business objectives.
  • Design and develop dashboards and visual reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities using statistical techniques.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business teams to understand data requirements.
  • Contribute to data modeling, forecasting, and predictive analysis efforts.
  • Prepare documentation and present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Ensure data integrity and maintain compliance with data governance protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Experience

  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Internships or academic projects involving data analysis are a plus.
  • Demonstrated interest or coursework in analytics, statistics, or business intelligence is preferred.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST
  • Flexibility may be offered based on team or project requirements.
