Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support the US Medical Affairs team in analyzing digital engagement performance and generating actionable insights across multiple channels. This role plays a pivotal part in advancing our digital transformation strategy, helping ensure medical content reaches healthcare professionals (HCPs) and stakeholders effectively and compliantly.

You will be responsible for measuring digital campaign effectiveness, interpreting user behavior, optimizing content performance, and supporting decision-making through robust analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data from digital medical engagement platforms (e.g., web, email, webinars, social) to identify usage patterns, content effectiveness, and engagement trends
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, channel performance, and HCP engagement across touchpoints
  • Collaborate with medical, digital, and commercial teams to translate business questions into data-driven insights
  • Conduct A/B testing, segmentation, and behavioral cohort analysis to inform digital content strategy
  • Support compliance requirements and data integrity standards in all reporting activities
  • Partner with IT, data engineering, and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely data delivery

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Public Health, Statistics, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in medical affairs, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of digital engagement metrics and multichannel analytics (e.g., Veeva CRM, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • Experience handling large datasets and presenting findings to cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in healthcare or pharma (e.g., HIPAA, FDA guidance)
  • Experience supporting US Medical Affairs or scientific content dissemination
  • Understanding of HCP engagement journeys, omnichannel strategy, or content lifecycle management
