About the Role:
We are seeking a results-oriented and data-driven Sales Data Analyst to support our growing sales organization. This role plays a critical part in enhancing sales strategy and performance by turning raw data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and finance teams to drive reporting, forecasting, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales data to uncover trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and sales reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Support pipeline forecasting, territory planning, and quota attainment tracking
  • Partner with sales teams to improve lead conversion, deal velocity, and customer segmentation
  • Ensure data accuracy in CRM and sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Provide insights on customer behavior, retention, and upsell/cross-sell performance
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably supporting sales, revenue, or commercial teams
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into business insights
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with sales processes, funnel metrics, and revenue operations concepts
  • Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, B2B sales, or fast-paced commercial environments
  • Knowledge of forecasting models, cohort analysis, or customer segmentation
