About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and data-curious summer intern to join our Customer Experience & Engagement (CXE) Analytics team. As a Data Analyst Intern, you’ll dive into customer feedback, behavior, and sentiment data to uncover insights that improve user satisfaction and engagement. You’ll support projects that directly influence product enhancements, campaign effectiveness, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer feedback data (surveys, NPS, CSAT, social media, support tickets) to identify themes and trends
- Support segmentation of customer behavior data to uncover insights across touchpoints and journeys
- Assist in building dashboards and visual reports to track customer satisfaction and engagement metrics
- Collaborate with the CX, product, and marketing teams to support A/B testing and customer journey mapping
- Clean and transform raw data into actionable datasets using SQL, Excel, or Python
- Document findings and present insights in a clear, visual, and business-friendly format
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interest in customer behavior, satisfaction, and engagement analytics
- Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets; basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus
- Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio) is desirable
- Excellent attention to detail, curiosity, and ability to ask the right questions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to customer feedback platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Medallia, Zendesk, Typeform)
- Experience working with survey data or customer journey analysis
- Knowledge of basic statistics and A/B testing concepts
