Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and insights generation. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets and translating business requirements into meaningful analytical outputs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
• Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
• Perform data validation, data cleansing, and quality checks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs
• Support decision-making through data-driven insights and visualizations

Required Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience in SQL and RDBMS
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query)
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau – added advantage)
• Good understanding of data modeling and reporting concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have:
• Exposure to AI/LLM-based data analysis or automation
• Experience working with business stakeholders
• Knowledge of statistics and predictive analytics
