Data Analysis, Program Manager Intern

Job Description

Internship opportunity in Newark, CA for Data Analysis and Program Management with hands-on experience in project tracking, reporting, and agile delivery at Lucid Motors.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:
• Own one or more technical projects related to controls software engineering from idea to completion
• Apply concepts from coursework to drive creative solutions to complex problems
• Assist in maintaining project plans, dashboards, and status reports across multiple Nexus digital initiatives
• Support program managers in tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Contribute to the development of PMO templates, playbooks, and process documentation
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and document action items and decisions
• Work in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment
• Ask questions, absorb information, and develop technical skills to maximize the internship experience

About You

The company is looking for:
• Strong understanding of data analysis, computer science, and program management fundamentals
• Ability to apply book knowledge to real-world scenarios
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Programming skills in languages such as Golang, React, or related
• Experience using MongoDB, AWS, and Kubernetes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree program in Computer Science, MBA, BBA, or related fields with proof of enrollment

Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly pay range: $31 – $70 USD, based on location and degree level

• Medical benefits available on day 1 for full-time interns
• Relocation assistance may be provided on a case-by-case basis
