Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer queries via phone, chat, or email
- Resolve issues related to orders, delivery, payments, returns, and more
- Provide product information and guide users effectively
- Escalate unresolved complaints to higher departments
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or any graduate
- Fluent in English and Hindi (regional language is a bonus)
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (day/night)
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
- A laptop/desktop and stable internet connection for WFH roles
Salary & Perks:
- Starting Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month
- Performance incentives up to ₹5,000/month
