Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer queries via phone, chat, or email
  • Resolve issues related to orders, delivery, payments, returns, and more
  • Provide product information and guide users effectively
  • Escalate unresolved complaints to higher departments
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or any graduate
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (regional language is a bonus)
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (day/night)
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
  • A laptop/desktop and stable internet connection for WFH roles

Salary & Perks:

  • Starting Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month
