Job Description:
As a Customer Support/Data Entry Specialist at De-Techo, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of information and assisting customers with inquiries. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a critical role in our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases.
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, providing clear and timely solutions.
- Documentation: Prepare and organize reports, records, and other administrative documents.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Quality Assurance: Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Process Improvement: Suggest and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to address customer needs and provide updates on ongoing issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in data entry, customer support, or similar roles.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other data management tools.

Salary:
