Job Description:

As a Customer Support/Data Entry Specialist at De-Techo, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of information and assisting customers with inquiries. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a critical role in our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases.
  • Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, providing clear and timely solutions.
  • Documentation: Prepare and organize reports, records, and other administrative documents.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to address customer needs and provide updates on ongoing issues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in data entry, customer support, or similar roles.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other data management tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.

Salary:
