Job Summary

In this role, you will assist customers through Amazon’s live chat system, helping them with inquiries related to orders, products, shipping, returns, refunds, and account-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time online chat support to Amazon customers
  • Assist with questions related to orders, shipping, returns, refunds, and account settings
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while meeting Amazon’s quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when required
  • Communicate Amazon policies and service information clearly and professionally
  • Stay updated on Amazon policies, promotions, and product changes
  • Collaborate with remote team members to improve customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Comfortable using chat platforms and digital tools
  • Customer-focused mindset with patience and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Experience

  • Prior customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience in chat-based or online support roles is an advantage
  • Paid training will be provided for selected candidates

Working Hours

  • Flexible part-time schedule (20–30 hours per week)
  • Availability required during evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Shifts scheduled based on customer demand
