Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction
  • Provide accurate and complete information using available tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, email platforms, and live chat software

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with web-based platforms

Experience

  • Prior experience in customer service (chat/email support preferred) is an advantage
  • Freshers with good typing speed and communication skills are encouraged to apply

Working Hours
