Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via chat and email.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and accuracy.

- Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on complex issues.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics (response time, satisfaction scores, etc.).
- Provide accurate and complete information using the right tools and systems.
- Identify patterns in customer issues and report trends for process improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, email platforms, and live chat tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Patience and professionalism in handling customer interactions.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with web-based platforms.
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service, especially in chat/email support, is desirable.
- Freshers with strong communication, typing skills, and a customer-first attitude are welcome.
Working Hours
- Flexible shifts available (morning, afternoon, evening, weekends).
- Rotational shifts may be required.
- Full-time and part-time options based on availability.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proficient with communication tools such as Gmail, Slack, Zendesk, Intercom, or similar platforms.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple interactions efficiently.
