Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via chat and email.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and accuracy.
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused tone in all interactions.
  • Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on complex issues.
  • Meet daily and weekly performance metrics (response time, satisfaction scores, etc.).
  • Provide accurate and complete information using the right tools and systems.
  • Identify patterns in customer issues and report trends for process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, email platforms, and live chat tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Patience and professionalism in handling customer interactions.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with web-based platforms.

Experience

  • Prior experience in customer service, especially in chat/email support, is desirable.
  • Freshers with strong communication, typing skills, and a customer-first attitude are welcome.

Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts available (morning, afternoon, evening, weekends).
  • Rotational shifts may be required.
  • Full-time and part-time options based on availability.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proficient with communication tools such as Gmail, Slack, Zendesk, Intercom, or similar platforms.
