About the Role:
USA Winzons is hiring friendly, English-fluent candidates to join our remote customer service team. You’ll be supporting U.S.-based customers by phone, email, or chat — answering questions, solving problems, and creating a smooth support experience. No U.S. visa or relocation needed — work from anywhere in India!
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate product/service information via phone, email, or live chat
- Escalate issues to appropriate departments when needed
- Document all interactions using CRM software
- Meet performance targets for response time, quality, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with accuracy
- Basic tech skills and ability to learn support software
- Laptop or desktop with webcam, headset, and stable internet
- Ability to work in U.S. time zones (night shifts IST)
Preferred:
- Prior BPO or customer support experience (voice or chat)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.)
- Friendly, solution-focused mindset and team spirit
