About the Role:
USA Winzons is hiring friendly, English-fluent candidates to join our remote customer service team. You’ll be supporting U.S.-based customers by phone, email, or chat — answering questions, solving problems, and creating a smooth support experience. No U.S. visa or relocation needed — work from anywhere in India!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate product/service information via phone, email, or live chat
  • Escalate issues to appropriate departments when needed
  • Document all interactions using CRM software
  • Meet performance targets for response time, quality, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with accuracy
  • Basic tech skills and ability to learn support software
  • Laptop or desktop with webcam, headset, and stable internet
  • Ability to work in U.S. time zones (night shifts IST)

Preferred:

  • Prior BPO or customer support experience (voice or chat)
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Friendly, solution-focused mindset and team spirit
