Job Summary
FragranceX.com is hiring energetic, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Associates for a full-time remote position. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a critical role in delivering a best-in-class service experience through phone, email, chat, and social media support.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping customers, and can adapt quickly to change.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of phone calls, emails, and chat messages promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate order tracking and status updates
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while following company guidelines
- Handle order verification, damaged or lost package claims, and reshipments
- Identify and act on cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions
- Maintain customer satisfaction and promote long-term loyalty
- Meet performance metrics such as handle time, quality assurance, and customer feedback
Qualifications & Requirements
- Dedicated home office with:
- Computer
- Two monitors
- Keyboard, mouse, and headset
- Availability to work 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST
- Minimum 6 months of remote work experience
- At least 2 years of customer service experience (email, phone, chat, social media)
- Minimum 1 year experience using Zendesk or a similar ticketing system
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Experience working with performance metrics (AHT, QA, CSAT, etc.)
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends during peak holiday seasons
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for helping people
