Job Summary

FragranceX.com is hiring energetic, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Associates for a full-time remote position. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a critical role in delivering a best-in-class service experience through phone, email, chat, and social media support.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping customers, and can adapt quickly to change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer a high volume of phone calls, emails, and chat messages promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate order tracking and status updates
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while following company guidelines
  • Handle order verification, damaged or lost package claims, and reshipments
  • Identify and act on cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and promote long-term loyalty
  • Meet performance metrics such as handle time, quality assurance, and customer feedback

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Dedicated home office with:
    • Computer
    • Two monitors
    • Keyboard, mouse, and headset
  • Availability to work 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST
  • Minimum 6 months of remote work experience
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience (email, phone, chat, social media)
  • Minimum 1 year experience using Zendesk or a similar ticketing system
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Experience working with performance metrics (AHT, QA, CSAT, etc.)
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends during peak holiday seasons
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Bilingual candidates are a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for helping people
