USA Winzons is seeking a detail-oriented and growth-driven Customer Accounts Strategist to manage and enhance client relationships in the San Jose region. In this fully remote role, you’ll develop strategic account plans, improve customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities to strengthen long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts based in or near San Jose
- Develop tailored strategies to increase account value, retention, and satisfaction
- Conduct virtual check-ins, analyze performance data, and provide proactive insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive the right support and solutions
- Identify expansion opportunities and assist with upselling relevant services
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in client success, account strategy, or customer engagement
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and build virtual relationships with clients
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven decision-making
