This is a contractor role offering the freedom to work remotely while receiving a stable monthly retainer and perks.
Role Overview
- Position: CSS Expert / Web Developer
- Type: Contractor
- Remote: Work from anywhere
- Hours: Flexible, up to 35 hours/week
- Pay: $15–$25/hr (based on experience and location)
Key Responsibilities
- Convert wireframes and design mocks into fully functional microsites on the Zoomforth platform
- Write well-structured, cross-browser CSS and HTML
- QA sites to ensure usability, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices
- Build reusable templates for clients to create their own microsites
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with site functionality or code
- Create interactive HTML experiences for enterprise users
Required Skills & Experience
- Expert HTML & CSS skills
- Experience with CMS platforms
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
- Knowledge of web usability standards, accessibility, legibility, and information hierarchy
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong team and client relationship skills
- Portfolio demonstrating real work examples
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in a SaaS or startup environment
- Exposure to interactive or dynamic web experiences
Compensation & Perks
- $15–$25/hr base rate
- Up to 35 guaranteed hours/week (negotiable)
