We are seeking a passionate and creative UX Designer to join our Corporate Design Team at Jade Business Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting seamless user experiences across digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and visual designers, to create user-centric designs that align with business goals and brand identity.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts.
  • Collaborate with UI designers to ensure visual consistency and usability.
  • Test and iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights.
  • Work closely with development teams to implement and refine user interfaces.
  • Ensure accessibility, functionality, and scalability across all devices.
  • Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and information architecture.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics and functionality.
