🌟 About the Role:

We are seeking an innovative and skilled Conversation Designer (UX Content) to join our dynamic team at USA Winzons. In this hybrid role, you will play a key part in shaping the user experience by designing conversational interfaces for chatbots, voice assistants, and other AI-driven platforms. Your work will ensure that our users have an engaging, intuitive, and seamless interaction with our products.

As a Conversation Designer, you will be responsible for creating effective, user-centered dialogue designs that align with our brand voice. You will collaborate with UX researchers, product teams, and engineers to craft conversations that feel natural, human, and impactful. A strong portfolio showcasing your previous work in conversational UI is required.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user-friendly conversational flows for chatbots, voice assistants, and other AI-driven products
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and product managers to ensure conversational interfaces are intuitive and functional
  • Write and edit clear, conversational copy that is aligned with our brand tone and style guide
  • Conduct user research, analyze conversation data, and iterate on design solutions to improve user experience
  • Define and implement conversation design standards, documentation, and best practices
  • Test and optimize dialogues to ensure they meet user expectations and deliver effective results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, conversational AI tools, and emerging technologies in conversation design
  • Work within an agile environment, providing feedback, and refining design processes

✅ Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in conversation design, UX writing, or content design (portfolio required)
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, human-centered design, and usability best practices
  • Experience working with conversational platforms, such as Dialogflow, Rasa, Voiceflow, or similar tools
  • Expertise in writing clear, concise, and engaging dialogue for both text and voice interactions
  • A background in content strategy, information architecture, or related fields is a plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a hybrid environment
  • Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Miro)
  • Knowledge of AI, NLP (Natural Language Processing), and speech recognition technologies is advantageous
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
