About the Role

Amazon’s Risk Content Management (RCM) team is seeking a Content Developer to create and maintain clear, concise, and customer-focused content. This role involves developing process documents, strategic communications, and content that enhances readability, discoverability, and usability for internal and external audiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Build knowledge assets using clear, concise, and visually appealing content.
  • Learn, understand, and explain complex business processes.
  • Manage multiple stakeholder relationships and competing priorities effectively.
  • Work independently to troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Enhance content readability, discoverability, and usability across platforms.
  • Apply basic HTML and CSS to structure content appropriately.

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven experience creating clear and high-quality content.
  • Strong ability to learn and explain business processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
  • Mastery of written and spoken English.

  • 3+ years experience managing content projects of medium to high complexity.
  • Experience working in global teams across multiple regions.
  • Knowledge of content translation and localization practices.
  • Experience with editorial or peer review processes.
  • Project management experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in HTML and CSS.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
