What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (Statistics, Data Mining, Operations Research, Econometrics, Finance, Engineering, or similar).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments and willingness to learn new tools and methodologies.
- Ability to mentor or coordinate with junior data scientists and offshore teams.
- Preferred: 5+ years of quantitative analytics experience, particularly in marketing analytics and performance measurement.
Impact You’ll Make
First 90 Days
- Partner with the Senior Manager of Data Science & Analytics to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Architect data approaches and integrate multiple data sources.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to generate actionable insights.
- Support best practices for analytics delivery and process improvement.
Ongoing Responsibilities
- Ensure model quality through sound methodology, validation, and performance monitoring.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover insights related to paid/organic media, market conditions, web behavior, and customer conversion journeys.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, client-friendly narratives and recommendations.
- Deliver reports on ROI analysis, forecasting, simulation, and optimization.
- Monitor model performance and detect anomalies with new data streams.
- Participate in client meetings and cross-functional analytics discussions.
- Maintain rigorous quality control standards across deliverables.
