Job Description

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (Statistics, Data Mining, Operations Research, Econometrics, Finance, Engineering, or similar).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments and willingness to learn new tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to mentor or coordinate with junior data scientists and offshore teams.
  • Preferred: 5+ years of quantitative analytics experience, particularly in marketing analytics and performance measurement.

Impact You’ll Make

First 90 Days

  • Partner with the Senior Manager of Data Science & Analytics to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Architect data approaches and integrate multiple data sources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to generate actionable insights.
  • Support best practices for analytics delivery and process improvement.

Ongoing Responsibilities

  • Ensure model quality through sound methodology, validation, and performance monitoring.
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover insights related to paid/organic media, market conditions, web behavior, and customer conversion journeys.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, client-friendly narratives and recommendations.
  • Deliver reports on ROI analysis, forecasting, simulation, and optimization.
  • Monitor model performance and detect anomalies with new data streams.
  • Participate in client meetings and cross-functional analytics discussions.
  • Maintain rigorous quality control standards across deliverables.
