Key Responsibilities

Cloud Optimization Strategy

• Develop and implement cloud optimization strategies aligned with customer business goals
• Analyze architecture, workloads, and usage patterns to improve cost, performance, and scalability
• Recommend architectural improvements leveraging AWS best practices

Customer Success & Advisory

• Partner directly with customers to understand technical and business objectives
• Provide proactive recommendations to enhance reliability, efficiency, and cost management
• Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on cloud optimization

Data-Driven Insights

• Conduct deep analysis of customer usage data to identify optimization opportunities
• Monitor KPIs related to cost efficiency, utilization, and performance
• Track customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to drive continuous improvement

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering teams
• Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell aligned with customer needs
• Provide enablement and training on optimization best practices to internal teams

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Stay current with industry trends and emerging cloud optimization practices
• Contribute to the development of new optimization tools and services
• Improve internal processes to increase operational efficiency

Thought Leadership

• Represent Amazon at industry events and customer engagements
• Communicate optimization initiatives and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in cloud architecture and optimization
• Deep understanding of cost management, performance tuning, and scalability principles
• Experience analyzing large datasets to generate actionable insights
• Strong customer engagement and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to proactively identify and resolve technical challenges
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud cost management tools
