USA Winzons is looking for a personable and results-driven Client Relations Executive to manage and nurture customer relationships in the San Jose area. In this fully remote position, you’ll be the key liaison between our clients and internal teams—ensuring top-notch service, identifying opportunities for improvement, and strengthening long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients in the San Jose region
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through virtual communication
- Monitor client satisfaction and address inquiries or issues promptly
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver personalized service and solutions
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and client engagement
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in client relations, account management, or customer success
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Experience working with CRM systems and in a remote environment
