USA Winzons is hiring a dedicated and detail-focused Client Checkout Specialist to support ZARA’s Miami store remotely. In this role, you’ll ensure smooth, secure, and professional checkout experiences by assisting customers and store teams virtually with payments, billing issues, and transaction follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist remotely with client billing, refunds, and payment confirmation
- Resolve checkout-related issues by coordinating with in-store teams
- Provide timely support to customers regarding receipts and payment status
- Maintain accurate digital records of completed transactions
- Ensure a positive and seamless virtual checkout experience
Ideal Candidate:
- Any degree or equivalent qualification
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with retail POS systems is a plus
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing remote billing operations
- Open to freshers, students, and experienced professionals
