Job Description

We are building Sociax.tech, a job platform, and are looking for an experienced Chrome extension developer to create an MVP that autofills job applications from a user’s Sociax profile on external career pages.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for someone with strong experience in browser extensions, APIs, and form automation.

Goal

Enable users to click Apply on jobs inside Sociax and automatically populate application forms on external career portals such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, and other generic job forms using their Sociax profile.

Key Features (MVP)

  • Chrome Extension Installation: Users install the Sociax extension
  • Login: Users log in with their Sociax account
  • Fetch Profile Data: Extension retrieves user data from Supabase
  • Autofill Job Applications: On detecting a job application page, show a popup with an “Autofill with Sociax” button that populates:
    • Name
    • Email
    • Phone
    • Resume
    • LinkedIn
    • Basic info fields
  • Premium Check: Only premium users can use autofill functionality (via Stripe)
  • Basic UI: Simple popup interface

  1. Login / authentication with Sociax

Requirements

  • Proven experience building Chrome extensions
  • Experience with web form automation and DOM manipulation
  • Experience integrating with Supabase / REST APIs
  • Knowledge of Stripe API for subscription checks
  • Ability to work independently and deliver production-ready MVP
