USA Winzons is seeking a sharp and service-oriented Cash Wrap Expert to provide remote transaction and checkout support for ZARA at Brickell City Centre. In this role, you’ll assist with virtual billing support, payment coordination, and smooth customer handovers—while representing the brand professionally from a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in-store staff by remotely managing payment and checkout-related tasks
  • Assist with returns, exchanges, receipts, and customer payment issues
  • Coordinate with store teams to ensure timely and accurate billing processes
  • Maintain transaction logs and handle digital recordkeeping
  • Deliver excellent virtual service during and after the checkout experience
