We are hiring Inbound Sales Representatives to handle incoming customer calls and sales inquiries from the comfort of your home. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and offering the right solutions.

You will work in a target-driven but supportive environment, with full training provided to help you succeed. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound sales calls professionally and confidently
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets
  • Build strong and lasting customer relationships
  • Accurately update customer details and sales information in CRM systems
  • Follow company scripts, policies, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall performance
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and sales techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven mindset
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome (training provided)
  • Prior experience in inbound sales, call center, or customer service is an advantage
  • Candidates with work-from-home BPO experience will be preferred
