Job Description

USA Winzons is seeking a detail-focused Business Metrics Specialist to track, interpret, and optimize key metrics that drive performance across our fully remote hiring and operations platform. In this strategic data role, you’ll help define success, measure progress, and deliver actionable insights that support ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, define, and track critical business metrics and KPIs
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports using BI tools
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure metrics align with business objectives
  • Analyze performance trends and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Support teams in interpreting metric-based insights for better decision-making
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reported data

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in metrics analysis, reporting, or business performance roles
  • Proficient in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong attention to detail with a clear understanding of business processes
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills
  • Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
