You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to the strategic growth of the company in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and outbound calls.
  • Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to present company services.
  • Understand client needs and prepare tailored business proposals.
  • Follow up with prospects and convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline and report weekly performance metrics.
  • Provide insights on market trends and customer feedback to support business improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts (B.A.) or Business Administration (B.B.A.) – Freshers welcome.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and workload effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the business development domain.

Experience

  • No prior experience required.
  • Internship or academic project experience in sales, marketing, or business-related fields is a plus.
