USA Winzons is hiring a results-oriented Business Data Interpreter to transform raw data into meaningful insights that guide strategic decisions across departments such as hiring, logistics, and operations. In this fully remote role, you’ll serve as a bridge between technical data outputs and practical business action.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for non-technical teams
• Build reports, summaries, and dashboards to highlight key business trends
• Work with hiring managers, logistics leaders, and operations teams to identify data needs
• Analyze KPIs, market behavior, and performance metrics across the business
• Create compelling visualizations and presentations for leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure data is accurate, current, and aligned with business goals

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in data interpretation, business analysis, or reporting roles
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex data
• Experience working remotely and across multiple departments is a plus
