Job Description

USA Winzons is hiring a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Cashier Support Associate to assist ZARA’s Brickell Store. While the physical cashier role is on-site, your responsibility will be to provide virtual assistance—handling payment queries, coordinating transactions, and ensuring billing accuracy in real time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in-store cashier teams by verifying payments and managing billing questions remotely
  • Assist customers virtually with inquiries about receipts, refunds, and transactions
  • Monitor digital transactions and report any discrepancies to store supervisors
  • Maintain accurate virtual logs of all payment-related interactions
  • Ensure seamless checkout coordination between customers and the store team

Ideal Candidate:

  • Any degree or equivalent education
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong eye for detail
  • Familiarity with retail POS systems is a plus
  • Tech-savvy and well-organized in a remote work environment
