Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is hiring energetic and customer-focused BPO Telecallers for our growing customer service and telemarketing team. This opportunity is open to freshers as well as experienced candidates who are looking to build or advance their career in the BPO industry.

As a Telecaller, you will handle outbound and inbound calls, assist customers with queries, and provide information about products and services while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products or services
  • Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally
  • Update and maintain customer details in the CRM system
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets
  • Follow call scripts and company communication guidelines
  • Share customer feedback and concerns with supervisors
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during every interaction
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve team goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 10th / 12th pass, Diploma, or Graduate (any stream)
  • Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office
  • Ability to handle calls calmly and confidently
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated personality

Experience

  • Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Up to 2 years of experience in BPO/Telecalling preferred
  • Prior experience in Customer Support / Telemarketing is an advantage

Working Hours

  • Full-time role – 6 days a week
  • Day Shift & Rotational Shifts available (project-based)
  • Flexible shift options for select processes
