Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is looking for energetic and enthusiastic BPO Telecallers to join our dynamic customer service and telemarketing team. This role is perfect for fresh graduates starting their careers or experienced professionals seeking new opportunities.

As a Telecaller, you will connect with customers, handle queries, and provide information about our products and services while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain products and services.
  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally and resolve queries.
  • Update customer information in CRM databases accurately.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets.
  • Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies.
  • Provide feedback on customer concerns and trends to supervisors.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 10th/12th pass, Diploma, or Graduate in any field.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
  • Ability to handle calls professionally and calmly.
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and self-motivation.

Experience

  • Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Experienced telecallers (up to 2 years) will be preferred.
  • Previous experience in BPO, Customer Support, or Telemarketing is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-Time: 6 days a week.
  • Shifts: Day Shift or Rotational (project-based).
  • Flexible options available for select processes.
