Amazon India is looking for freshers who are fluent in Marathi and Hindi for remote customer care associate roles. If you’re a strong communicator and want to work for a global company from home, this is your chance!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls in Marathi, Hindi & basic English
  • Address product inquiries, order updates, or delivery issues
  • Record customer interactions and maintain call logs
  • Follow scripted solutions while maintaining a helpful tone
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations
  • Freshers / 12th pass / Graduate in any stream
  • Fluency in Marathi and Hindi (basic English is a plus)
  • Good communication, active listening & polite tone
  • Smartphone/laptop + stable internet connection
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts (day/night/weekends)

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000/month
