About the Role:
As a Bilingual Spanish Resolution Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will handle a variety of customer service-related tasks, primarily focusing on resolving issues in Spanish while maintaining professionalism and empathy. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both English and Spanish and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service in Spanish, addressing customer concerns, questions, and issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Issue Resolution: Analyze customer complaints or issues, provide timely solutions, and follow up to ensure complete resolution.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., technical support, billing, and operations) to resolve customer inquiries.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system.
- Escalation Management: Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams while maintaining ownership of customer cases until resolution.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all communications and resolutions meet the companyโs high standards for quality, professionalism, and compliance.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve processes, products, and services.
- Multitasking: Handle multiple inquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related role, preferably in a resolution or support capacity.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer concerns effectively and empathetically.
- Familiarity with customer service software (CRM systems) and case management tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage challenging situations professionally.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service (preferred).
